These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by WebOcean Agency to clients (“you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered

WebOcean Agency provides custom web design, Webflow and Framer development, UI/UX design, and branding services tailored to high-end clients such as startups, SaaS businesses, and tech companies.

2.  Engagement Process

Our standard process includes:

  • Initial meeting and project proposal

  • Payment agreement (either 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or milestone-based)

  • Project execution and delivery

3. Payments & Refunds

We collect information through:

  • All payments are due as outlined in your proposal or agreement.

  • We do not offer refunds. In rare cases, we may negotiate scope changes or additional deliverables — but never cash refunds.

4. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

  • Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (e.g. on Webflow, Behance, Dribbble, or social media) unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear and timely feedback, materials, and approvals

  • Not resell or redistribute our work without permission

  • Not use our work for illegal or unethical purposes

  • Not claim the designs as their own creation unless discussed

6. Termination

We reserve the right to end the project if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary input within a reasonable time

  • Payment terms are violated

  • There is abusive, unprofessional, or dishonest behavior

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and work completed may be retained.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use of your final website

  • Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting services

  • Delays caused by client inaction or third-party services

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent version.We recommend that you check this page periodically for any changes.
